SO - YOU WANT TO BE A ROLLER GIRL???

The "Raw Meat" and "Fresh Meat" intake for Adelaide Roller Derby League's 2011 season will begin in October 2010. During this time, participants will be trained in skating skills, fitness and the rules of Roller Derby.


Here's how you can get involved:


COME TO THE "RAW MEAT" INFO SESSION
Tuesday August 31st 2010 at 7pm

In the meantime:

GET SOME GEAR
- Buy a pair of derby skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, mouth guard and a helmet. Good places to buy are:

Hot Quads Roller Skates
or on the US website Sin City Skates

START PRACTISING
- Good places to practice skating are St Clair Rec Centre at Woodville (Saturdays 1:30-4:00pm) or Blackwood Rec Centre at Eden Hills (Sundays 3:30-5:00pm). Skates are available for hire at these venues if you don’t have your own.

Raw/Fresh meat will be on Mondays from 7-9pm, 11th Oct to 29th Nov 2010
